Hall Rental

Our hall

The company hall is available to rent for parties, showers, meetings, and community gatherings. Rental fees directly support South Foster's operations.

Capacity

Up to 122 people (fire-code limit).

Rate

$150 per day for up to 50 guests · $225 per day for 50 or more.

Kitchen

Full commercial kitchen with a stove and griddle. The griddle may only be used with prior approval.

Also included

Tables and chairs, restrooms, and parking.

Deposit

$250, by a separate check or money order. Refunded within 15 days after your event once the hall is cleaned and left as you found it — include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the refund.

Cancellations

Full refund if you cancel at least two weeks before the event.

Alcohol

Permitted inside the hall. It may not be sold, and it may not be taken outside.

Vendors & caterers

Any business bringing in equipment or merchandise must provide a certificate of liability insurance at least 10 days before the event. Professional caterers must hold a current food service license.

Not permitted

Bachelor, bachelorette, and teenage parties.

Where

7 Mt. Hygeia Road — take the upper driveway. (The lower driveway, 5 Mt. Hygeia Road, is the fire station.)
